中煤榆林煤炭深加工基地項目甲醇合成裝置合成氣壓縮機采購范圍包括壓縮機、汽輪機、潤滑油系統(tǒng)、干氣密封系統(tǒng)、汽輪機輔機系統(tǒng)（含空冷系統(tǒng)）、相關(guān)儀表（包括控制系統(tǒng)）、電氣設(shè)備、備品備件、專用工具等。
China Coal Yulin Coal Processing Base Project methanol synthesis plant syngas compressor procurement scope includes compressors, steam turbines, lubricating oil system, dry gas seal system, steam turbine auxiliary system (including air cooling system) , related instruments (including control system) , electrical equipment, spare parts, special tools, etc.
3、投標(biāo)人資格要求
3. Qualification requirements for bidders:
投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績：
Qualification or performance required for the bidder:
1）境內(nèi)企業(yè)須具有獨立法人資格，提供有效營業(yè)執(zhí)照；對于境外企業(yè)，根據(jù)該國（地區(qū)）的法律，提供在主要制造廠地址注冊的有關(guān)證明文件。
1) Domestic enterprises with independent legal representative qualification, which could provide valid business license; and overseas enterprises, which are required to provide relevant supporting documents for registration at the address of main manufacturing plant according to the laws of the country (region).
2）投標(biāo)人需提供自2010年1月1日以來（以合同簽訂時間為準(zhǔn)）至少2臺180萬噸/年及以上煤制甲醇合成裝置的汽輪機驅(qū)動合成氣壓縮機成功運行1年及以上的供貨業(yè)績，需提供有效的合同掃描件及用戶證明（合同至少包含合同首頁、技術(shù)部分、簽字頁）。如合同不能體現(xiàn)以上內(nèi)容，須提供其他相關(guān)有效證明材料，原件備查。
2) Bidders are required to provide the manufacturing performance of at least 2 steam turbine-driven synthetic gas compressors for coal-to-methanol synthesis units of 1.8 million tonnes per year or more since 1 January 2010, whichever is the time of contract, a valid scanned copy of the contract and proof of the user (the contract includes at least the first page of the contract, the technical part, the signature page) . If the contract can not reflect the above content, must provide other relevant effective certification materials, the original for reference.
3）投標(biāo)人必須為壓縮機組制造廠商，不接受代理商投標(biāo)。
3) The Bidder must be the compressor unit manufacturer and agency bidding will not be accepted.
