注重事項(xiàng) 
1．請(qǐng)參展商按要求填寫(xiě)好“參展申請(qǐng)表”寄回展覽主辦單位。并請(qǐng)注重報(bào)名截止日期2008年5月10日。 
2．參展商須預(yù)付展臺(tái)租金的50%，或一次付清全款，以落實(shí)展臺(tái)位置。展臺(tái)租金的余額部分應(yīng)不遲于2008年5月10日支付。 
3．主辦單位收到展臺(tái)預(yù)定金后才能落實(shí)展位，展位分配按“先預(yù)定交費(fèi)，優(yōu)先安排展位”的原則。2007年12月1日前報(bào)名參展的展商將享受9折優(yōu)惠。 
4．在確認(rèn)展臺(tái)后，主辦單位將向參展商寄發(fā)參展須知，包括展臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)搭建、展品運(yùn)輸及展覽會(huì)有關(guān)服務(wù)信息。 
1.Fill in the Application Form and return in to the organizer. Please note that the application deadline is May 10, 2008. 
2.Exhibitors should pay 50% of the total booth rental or all of the payment in advance in order to confirm your booth location. The balance should be settled no later than May 10, 2008. 
3.No space booth will be allocated until payment of deposit is received. Booth allocation is on the “first come, first served” basis. Participants who return the Application Form before December 1, 2007, will have 10% discount. 
4.Information for exhibitors, including booth design and construction, shipping and transportation, rental facilities, and so on will be sent to all registered exhibitors upon confirmation of participation.
